Hello. Huge apologies for inactivity but I guess I can finally say that stress weeks/end of year’s exams are finally over!!!!!

Throughout the past few angst-filled/sleepless weeks I’ve been going back and forth because I know there are much larger problems in the world, and I’m here complaining about how stressed I am. Nonetheless, I’ve been told that we all suffer in different ways. Even so, it shouldn’t give me the liberty to complain about my life.

As much as how inadequate I feel compared to the amazing human beings around me, I think it’s important we stay optimistic. However, throughout the 16 years of getting to know myself, I’ve figured that I tend to become highly idealistic. Things will change and I’m going to allow myself to.

I think that as much as it’s important to keep adapting to the changes of figuring ourselves out, the world around us does not stop moving. Be nothing short of giving to the people around you; take in the good, the bad and everything in between. You are allowed to feel human.

Wore this on a rainy Saturday morning breakfast at Sixth Avenue a few weeks ago. I cannot get over how oddly fascinated I am at the comfort of this skirt. It’s a slip-on, slip-off ensemble and you’re good to go (great for lazy days-which is like every day, for me at least). Having mixed feelings about changing my phone soon, probably the only thing holding me back is the fact that I can no longer use this phone cover (ily, Van Gogh). Other than that, it keeps restarting on me (!!!!!!!) it would be an absolute asshole of a device if I were in an emergency. Also, I watched The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (yes, old) this weekend, great movie and great soundtrack yess.

But anyway, have a good week & Selemat Hari Raya! :)

Outfit: Oriental Dusk

Thrifted shirt | Black midi- Korea | Cat flats- Taiwan | H&M Gold rings

Can’t get over translucent pieces like this, to be in long sleeves yet survive the humid weather like sg’s. It’s a 2-in-1 buy, really. And can I just add that it was less than $15! Also, really loved the oriental-like pattern on it ´ ▽ ` )ノ

We also sent my brother off to Brunei for training and he’ll only be back after a month :( Though I’m sure he’ll be fine, I can’t wait for him to be back already.

Anyway, I hope everyone’s had a good week✿

Dug out this underused cardigan today which was perfect for the sweater weather, which I was particularly feeling preppy in. I remembered grabbing this lip colour in the crazily packed Etude House back in Korea with Bev & Claire, it was so much fun and chaos. Sigh I really miss it and everyone that was on the trip. Anyway, I really liked how the colour turned out though it rubs off pretty easily. Wore this today to an orientation of awkward hugs and ice breakers (haha), nevertheless it was pretty fun ✌

Hope you guys have a great week!

Wore this last Saturday (another busy day; let me run you through) :

Since Gra and I live like 5 mins away, and she wanted me to take her outfit bcos she was going for a wedding, we took turns to take each other’s outfit at… 7:30AM – i was SO tired, but twas fun

Afterwards, I made my way to Chelsea’s party @ 10, walked around and ate at Carnivore for the first time (yum!! but way too much food haha) &then quickly made my way to catechism-barely on time.

Picking an outfit for that day was pretty fast, knowing that I can always rely on my trusty maxi skirts, which flow really nicely even when you’re walking around in a rush like a crazyhead.

Alright, Have a nice rest of the week and SUPPORT ARTSFEST GUYS!! :)

Watched The Addam’s Family musical  @RWS with the family today and saying it was amazing would be an understatement. I loved it; brings back so much memories :”) Remembered watching it on (the old) Cartoon Network (anyone else?)

Patterned translucent pieces with solid black, ready for the contrasting weather in and out of the theatre.

Btw, the musical will be playing till the 28th of July, do go!!

Quite a crappy week and still a crappy week ahead (i can feel it) with so many deadlines; hope it all pays off and all goes well.

Hope everyone has a nice week ahead (including me). Seeya!:)
