(Avocado yoghurt/overnight oats shouldn’t be stored for more than 2 days!)

I’ve been living off oats for breakfast for the past few months and Im not stopping. Overnight oats are great fun because you make them the night before and you await for the sunrise to reveal what has been stored in your almighty magical ice kingdom of food (your fridge). After that, you top it off with whatever you like- almonds, walnuts, pecans, chia seeds, flaxseeds (highly addictive), fruits, you name it. Its like Christmas every morning and who doesn’t love that?

Happy Tuesday guys :-)
