Yes. Finally, I’ve cleared my photos and I can finally blog about my recent school trip to Seoul, Korea. About 2 weeks after we submitted our application form, I was told that I was going to Korea with 14 other friends. On the 16th of October at 8am, we boarded the plane and were off to experience KOREA. In that span of 9 days, we visited over 11 museums/art galleries/art spaces/grounds which Includes meeting&interviewing artists (!!!!!) I almost died it was literally one of the best things I’ve ever done.

We stayed in Roi Guesthouse which was super cozy and we were hosted by the best people ever. Saying that the trip was amazeballs would be an understatement. Our days included, midnight ramen parties, long bus rides on “Pinky” (our bus), movie nights, live sketching and yes of course, shopping. I’m in love with the place. The amount of serenity and clarity I felt there just cleared my mind with the fresh air/blue skies/orange leaved trees and I really needed that.

The art culture there is so different and I loved how there was a sense of spontaneity and rawness that I felt and it was incredibly inspiring. I was blown away. Not forgetting, the food ♥♥♥♥ & most importantly, the company that was there with me. We started out not really knowing each other even though we’ve been in the same school for 3 years. And I’m extremely glad to have bonded and created new memories with these people. I really feel very lucky to have gone there, it was really, really great and I’ll never forget it  (unless I get a memory loss, but let’s hope that never happens).

Watched The Addam’s Family musical  @RWS with the family today and saying it was amazing would be an understatement. I loved it; brings back so much memories :”) Remembered watching it on (the old) Cartoon Network (anyone else?)

Patterned translucent pieces with solid black, ready for the contrasting weather in and out of the theatre.

Btw, the musical will be playing till the 28th of July, do go!!

Quite a crappy week and still a crappy week ahead (i can feel it) with so many deadlines; hope it all pays off and all goes well.

Hope everyone has a nice week ahead (including me). Seeya!:)
